Description

Tiera getting ready to blow up some asses. Might as well explain how her pack works.

Her pack was designed by her before she came to Bandle City. While growing up she learned how to use slight of hand to help her adoptive family's shop and she was able to steal a Hextech Crystal. She kept the stolen crystal for herself as she built a way to turn magic into matter. Creating a generator that was able to copy something that it already knew and create working duplicates she was successful no matter how crude the design. She later however took pieces from Zaun, such as the arms of a Steam Golem. Her jet-pack has gravity manipulation not necessarily jets attached as it allows her to hover without disrupting any other material around her. The pack's crystal, arms and anti-gravity devices are controlled by a small sensitive magical cord in the back next to her spine. Using her thoughts to control the arms and pack she can use it without having to sacrifice use of her arms.
