Description

He's easily one of my favorite Batman villains but I struggled thinking of a hook when creating my own interpretation. My friend Brian gave me an idea of making him a hacker so I latched onto that and this is the result. I tried to keep it close but still and my own flair to the character. I didn't want to just draw him in the bowler hat and suit for the sake of drawing him.
