The second entry in my Perfect Toa Nuva project.

Introducing Gali, the Toa of Water. Gali is the only female in the Toa Nuva, the single most powerful team of Toa ever assembled.
Perhaps the wisest of all the Toa Nuva, Gali is often seen in meditation. She is a quick and capable warrior, and her control over the waters of Mata Nui is second to none. Gali is a firm believer in the virtue of Unity, and insists on keeping the team together even through the hardest challenges.

She has three poseable fingers on each hand. Her eyes are lime green -- each Toa in the project will have a heartlight the same color as their eyes.
Thank goodness for the 2009 set Kiina, without whom her forearms would be very different!

EDIT 8/16/18: When I first started this project almost ten years ago, I had a specific goal in mind. I insisted on keeping their original masks and colors to keep the feel of the Toa Nuva, but I wanted to optimize their proportions and articulation as much as possible. To that end, I named them the Perfect Toa. However, as time has gone on and I have been able to step away from the project, I have acknowledged that no MOC is ever really perfect, and in fact, that there are actually many little nitpicks I have with these guys that I would go back and redesign if I got the chance. Therefore, I have decided to rename them something perhaps a little more fitting.
