Born and raised near the border of Skyrim, this argonian has lived a fairly uneventful life as a farmer. He was the youngest of four siblings born to his parents, who left the farm to him after their death, as his siblings all had their own lives going on and he was the only one that showed any interest in the farm. At some point in his life, a Khajiit thief stole an important artifact he inherited from his parents, a stone dragons claw. During the robbery, the Khajiit possessing modified gauntlets, clawed N'hova'ks throat, irreparably damaging his vocal cords.

Afterwards, using his voice was painful and usually followed by innumerable questioning, which got tedious and embarrassing, so he stuck to being mute for the most part, learning sign language from his deaf nephew. After healing from the wound, he left his farm in the care of said nephew and set out to find the khajiit to regain the lost artifact. During his adventures he developed a hard stoic persona to avoid getting questioned about his purpose in travelling as well as the state of his voice.

At the start of the game, he is chasing a Khajiit (who would later become a travelling companion as well as a dear friend) and they ran right into an imperial trap. This got them sent to the chopping block alongside the leader of the skyrim rebellion and the group known as the stormcloaks, but their beheading was interrupted by an unexpected visitor....

He gets easily excited about rare plants and loves to swim, and if he had the option he would probably travel solely by water.

He has no intention of killing the thief who stole form him as well as scarred him for life, he just wants his heirloom back

He only really fights in self defense or if his instincts tell him that something is wrong, and his instincts are usually right.
