it's an awesome ugly though. i always thought big frame skinny legs was weird. His arms look to too small here. I kinda want to see him with large biceps. I like the overall look of his face. Feels a bit like an indian(nativer american or mexican indian)

Check out Buccha from Air gear(awesome show BTW). He can actually change his bodymass, but generally he appears as fat(it's actually an excess of blood):
