Rumors say the Grem looked a dying cockatrice in the eye, and perished, only to be born anew to take it's place.
In reality, however, this Grem met a much more quiet end, alone in the woods, lost during an expedition on one of the Kore System's planet's.
They were found by a group of wild chickens, who so tenderly attempted to keep the passing Grem warm and safe in his final moments.
With the Grem's death came a metamorphosis, and weeks later, a new Cypherus was reportedly seen skulking about the woodlands, followed by a group of hens.
The Cypher would become the new protector.

Tidbits:
- Commonly seen in the company of chickens!
- Has a fear of mirrors.
- Does not care for weasels.
- Said to be highly aggressive, but rumor has not been not confirmed.
