Description

I'll admit, I saw Nix 8 and instantly saw a villain. I didn't bother to fix the clipping, since I'm mainly concerned with seeing how he looks and getting some thoughts from the peanut gallery. I don't intend to give away too many details, because I've got some story stuff planned for the next year and don't want to spoil it.

Though I'll give a clue. The origin of his look and powers has connections to another OC you are all familiar with.
