Well, first I have to admit that I do not know much about fractals. Well, at least the process that goes into creating them, so I cannot critique the technical aspects of this piece, just the impact it had on me while viewing it.

The textures in this piece work really well. The smooth, metal-like effect compliments the rough, natural feel of the leaves very nicely.

The smooth, flowing curves of the bronze also adds to the natural feel of the picture, as does the green, bronze and black colour scheme. The flowing lines also gave me an impression of the leaves being embraced by them, of the leaves being protected by them. The bronze flecks also reminded me of seeds, and new life.

All in all, this picture gave me the feeling of waking up after a long sleep in a fairy tale forest, where the beauty and the wonder of the natural world fills the viewers soul with peace and harmony.

I have no idea if that was what was intended, but that was how it made me feel.

It is a beautiful piece, in a design I haven't seen before. Thank you for creating it.
