Description
Lower level of a city. Where you can find a lot of nice Junks and dealers. As well as mercenaries, assasins and other types of happy people! The city is made in a swamp and are built around giant pillars. The pillars provide electricity and clean water. And heck! They even prevent the city from sinking into the smelly mud!
