A Mermaid Sabbattical 4 Simone opted to remain in the mermaids-only lagoon her first full day at the resort. Her husband came early in the morning to greet her before he returned to his room for a conference call. She was surprised and delighted when he brought a small bucket of raw fish to feed her. Holding one in his outstretched hand, he stood still as she raised herself up by churning the water with her tail, then gently snatched it from his hand with her mouth, just like the dolphins would do at aquarium shows. When she surfaced after finishing the morsel, he asked "Simone dear, would you like more?"
