Description

Animated in 50 by 50 pixels and while the animation is mine, character concept is originally from Pokémon. This GIF meets the requirement to be made into a plz account, but will be done so only if there is sufficient demand. :la:

Awww, a poliwag blowing bubbles... 🙌 Honestly, I'm not sure how that attack is suppose to be able to harm anyone, I mean, they're JUST BUBBLES! Ain't nobody gets hurt cuz of those fragile thingies... :saddummy: :clone:
