Yet another 'speedpaint' that wasn't that fast at all. I just though that hummingbird will be a nice bird for my project..
I've seen a lot of different hummingbirds in the Internet but I decided to go with this one - the male ruby-topaz hummingbird. Perhaps the composition should be fixed, and the image should be longer but.. I don't know. Anyway I really love it and enjoyed it a lot, it was a great exercise in making scales-like feathers and backgrounds. The flower was a pretty okay to do as well, but I'm not good in them at all 
To sum up, I really like it, it's colorful and reminds me of summer which I miss so much now!
