Here for all your offbrand and fan-character needs, it's a base pack for Jesterlings, Jugglecats and Hoodlums, or just whatever you want to call your characters.

Feel free to make OCs and adopts with them, just please don't claim they're part of any sort of closed species.
My only other rule is PLEASE be respectful to any similar characters and species, we're all inspired from something.

Any similar closed species *can* use these bases, but is not recommended, due to causing confusion with species moderators.
