Meet the Tarp Frog!!

He's a species of frog that's been change by radiation.

(same world as Amita and the mushrooms)

He is very stretchy!

He can flatten himself out to lay atop water.

He then waits for a fly to stop by and he can monch 'em.

He can also change color!

not willingly, but it depends on the color of the surrounding water!
