Description

So my best friend at school wrote this really cool Vegebul fan fiction where Vegeta is supposed to be a vampire XD
This is what she described what he looked like ouo
And that tattoo design on his neck was randomly cooked up in my head...she described the tattoo to me perfectly, but I was too lazy to strive for perfection :iconsryyea:
I've been dying to make fanart for her fics...and this is the first one XDD
