As a Water-Type Pokemon, Milly is naturally a talented swimmer. Her streamlined body can swim as efficiently as any sea snake. Sometimes, due to her "vore-acious" nature, she will ferry travelers through large bodies of water through her stomach. Not only is she a fast traveler, but she's also warm enough to protect any passengers inside from getting cold in deep-ocean waters. She is essentially a living submarine, hence the title! ^w^

I love this one in particular because of the way Milly's fins wrap around her belly. It looks so cute and natural! Drawing this in particular gave me a warm feeling, like being wrapped in a thick blanket. This is the kind of feeling I want to convey through my pictures, and I hope that everybody who views this feels the same way. This was also an experiment with the background, as I never went this in-depth with the Smudge Tool in Photoshop before.
