A species of flowers that appear all throughout the Flower Kingdom that, as the moniker suggests, speak to passersby. As Mario and his friends venture to put a stop to Bowser's ambitions, these chatty guys will offer all kinds of banter, whether it's advice on what to do next, commentary of the current situation, or even just idle chitchat. You'd think this would get annoying after a while, but they're actually quite charming and endearing, though I suppose that depends on who you ask.

The Talking Flower appears in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a Spirit alongside the Wonder Flower, represented in battle by Kirby.
