so ever since Sado eccepted the identity of his power,he begins to understand the method of obtaining his power is to absorb all kind of energy from one of its own(Hollow)
His 'right arm of the giant' by shielding attacks towards it,it has an ability to absorb the attacks and convert it to energy and channel it to the 'left arm of the devil' to create unbelievable destruction power.

so every time Sado kills any hollow types
He will strengten his power.thats how he got his armor

basically he is not the same Sado Yasutora like anime or manga anymore.
