Description

Since I have seen many people put the Powerpuff Girls episode "Town and Out" in their Top 10 horrible TV episodes memes (I put that episode as a dishonorable mention in one of my Top 10 Worst Episodes memes.). I don't like to make favor on hatearts because it's very punchable and unlikely. However for this so called Very Special Blossom Police Chief. Imagine he got glare and angered by tons of police officers while Chief of the Police from Cop Out facepalm himself.
