Uh, sure... I was simply choosing to affilate with them because I knew them. How do we "get more affilations"?

Okay, so step 1 you already know about the "Affiliate" button on the top of your homepage.

Next, find groups that you'd like to affiliate with, I assume, preferably pokemon groups.

You should definitely affiliate with

Affiliates are free mutual advertising, so you just send out the request and they choose whether to affiliate with you or not. Having more affiliates gets your name out and hopefully should bring you more members. I manage several groups, so let me know if I can help with anything.
