She is Yuuko's mother.
Jill is also master in hand-to-hand combat, brilliant strategist and she has enough knowledge on survival tactics.

This new armour was created to her when she find a new home and it's base on the classic saiyan armor but filled with nanomachines and it's extremely resistent.

I think it's time to expand Yuuko's universe and make more room for more OC characters.
