Description

Yes, not all weapons have the ability to work with Daio Builds or Decka Cards. Also to explain the Nuclear Pancake Launcher, the NPL was created during world war two by the Germans, but was stollen by Russia and shared with the allies. And considering Endo-02 was alive during WW2 and have been possessing an endoskeleton that was created to fight against the Germans, Endo-02 kept this weapon and has somehow keeps getting more ammo for it(Even if his weapon was discontinued in the late 80s).
