Description

Why does Artemis wear a collar? To hide the Prisoner registration tattoo on her neck. Ordinarily she can adjust her tattoos at will using her nanite system however this one was written into the nanite system firmware. If she were to remove the skin in that region then after repairing the wound the nanites would simply replace the tattoo as well.
