Hello, this is William McAuliffe and I am here with the Rules for Requesting Smash Bros Moveset Ideas, so here are the Rules

#1-Requesting Characters

• You can Only Recommended One at a Time while your Request is Working on
  • Reason: It's because I Need to Concentrate at One Request at a Time
• Do not Recommend my Any Non-Video Game Characters (i.e. Shrek, Goku)
  • Reason: You Need to Originate in Video Games to be in Super Smash Bros, I Put Shrek and Goku as Examples for the Joke Characters since they're Very Popular Picks in the Smash Bros Fighter Ballot back then
• Do not Recommend any Veterans to be Changed
  • Reason: Your Opinions may be Different than Mine on what Needs to be Changed, but Like I Said Below, you are Allowed to Let me know what your Want to be Changed
• Additional Notes
  • When Requesting you Must Tell me what Gaming Franchise they are from, since I Might not know what it is

#2-The Backgrounds and Movesets

• Do not Request the Moveset
  • Reason: Because your Idea may be Different than Mine, however you are Allowed to Let me know what your Want the Character's Moveset to be Like in the Game
• Do not Request the Background
  • Reason: Because I Feel Like doing my Own Backgrounds for the Characters
