Description

This really isn't a picture, so much as a sketch plus a ton of effects. My lazy ass and me decided not to colour normally, nor shade normally, but splat it all on and burn and dodge the shadows.
But it was fun. I don't know what all the layer effects do exactly, but they turn out real nice. C: Once again textures are used.
The dragon is Kimara.
