pearl is my absolute favorite character struggles, flaws, and all.
I aced all three of my midterms and spent the entire day studying for my next one so I figured it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world to give myself a few minutes to draw some stuff. I think I'll do something else with this when I have more time. gah... I got the pearl feels so bad...

question- do you think it's possible that Rose Quartz "owned" pearl? In "Rose's Scabbard" the rose hologram does refer to pearl as "my pearl".... hm

also this was my first stab at line art with the pen sensitivity turned off. I think it gives everything a very RS vibe

Eh-ehm!
She says this yet I believe she was Rose's servant (even though Rose never forced this up one her)
In an odd twisted way I don't think she can ever let herself be free
She was born and raised to follow orders and she's not going to stray from it even if she wants to be free.
BUT Rose didn't seem to help her way of thought. "My Pearl."
"MY Pearl."?
Pearl. She's a slave forever even though she doesn't want to be.
