seriously though i need to start coming up with better titles psssh

this was a huge file and made my laptop slow af im glad i got this done

anyway i have no idea how to draw underwater backgrounds and its kinda messy and stuff but i was just lazy as always ok
i basically never even draw any real backgrounds though i dont think i can call this a real one either but whatever
just dont look at it too closely and itll be fine
