### Yes, NON-FREE members can use in their deviation descriptions. Just find it in the emotes using "Add Media".

I have tested it and the best way is by using the keywords dot. You can always just type in my name to find all the resources that I share but it can be a lot so using at least one other keyword will help narrow them down.
