Hiya can I ask why Zygarde Woof was declined? Was it a mistake?

We don't typically accept made up creatures but since it is part pokemon it belongs in in the crossover folder not pokemon folder.

I've been busy, I usually inform people about resubmitting to a different folder, sorry about that.

There's been recent news for Pokémon and it's a legit Pokémon form and not fan made.
