Xan quickly informs Ren he's going to be taking Tyr and Sola to school, which he's happy to agree with. He's given a fishbowl of sorts to take with him--while Tyr can breathe air, having some water nearby so she doesn't dry out is key. Ren is somewhat worried that the pollinated air may affect Tyr's gills, so works on keeping the nearby air nice and clean.
Running a bit late, they end up taking a shortcut through a spoodle patch... which Sola does not approve of. Was that neeeh loud and far away, or nearby and close...? It was quiet, but definitely there... creepy.
