Yup, I've been watching lots of Ouran High School Host Club lately.
Kind of manual vectorization. Though, from different snapshots and with lots of mixing and without his scary glasses X)

"Sorenari ni kyoumibukai kan so da" - one of the most frequent Kyouya's phrases. In English it is "This is a rather interesting point of view".
What have been bothering me is who really discovered his feelings for Haruhi at the end of series - Kyouya or Kaoru... Kyouya, right?
I want a sequel X_X

Made in Inkscape, took me two days to get it right. Approx. 4 hours. But it is not perfect, so tell me if you notice any errors.
