First off, this is very good! Secondly, I'm really bad at art in general, so any thing I say is just my opinion.

1. DETAILS:
The hand is a little to big... this makes it look like it is on the wrong side of the body. (This was the major thing for me... Almost everything else is nitpicky)
More diamond related items.
More skin tones maybe...
More detail to the shirt.
The tattoo could use more water related icons (e.g. drops of water...)
The necklace could stand out more...
A background?

As I said before these are my opinions. The art is really good, I really like it.
