For those who follow me a bit longer might still know my bnha Oc Airi Shinko. I created her in 2018, out of the intention that they're way too less characters in the anime with mind-controlling quirks (and because I wanted to ship shinsou with someone lmao). I know that both look pretty villainous here but don't worry Airi has the same goal as Shinso and also fought against the stereotypes of the mind controlling quirk.

Short overview of her quirk:
Her quirk let people fall her love with her so much that they do anything she commands. Her quirk activates when she looks someone in the eyes (her eyes are glowing when she activates her quirk). The commands can be given verbally but also telepathically. The one major difference to Shinsou's quirk is that Airi's got way more boundaries and consequences. Her quirk has a time limit of 10 minutes when one person is caught in. The more people are caught in, the less time the quirk is activated. After the time is up Airi can caught the same person again, however have to face physical consequences like headaches, dizziness or nausea. If Airi exceed the day limit of her quirk the side effects will get even stronger causing bleeding out of the nose and eyes and fainting.
