First thing you notice about this piece is the crazy colours, I love it! Even if it is slightly eye-burning.

The composition:
It's hard to crit you on this, since you have a distinctive body style, but if i'm gonna be picky, i'll pick on the hand. The thumb should be longer, and if you're going for the pointy finger look, i'd say you should make the pinky pointy to.

The colouring:
Overall, it's quite simplistic, more defined shading would be nice, same with the hair.

The background:
I like how the paleness of it makes the character pop out, so good choice of colours. My only crit would be that it looks a little sloppy, like the hearts for instance.

Overall, it's a good piece that really stands out.
