Description of blessings and Annie: Bleeding Hearts are gorgeous flowers that resemble a heart with a blood droplet. They belong to the poppy family and is native to Siberia, Northern Chiba, Korea, and Japan.
Its other names include "Lyre Flower" and "Lady-in-a-bath". The flowers grow hanging on an arching stem that resembles a wing.
The flowers typically come in three colors, white, pink and red/dark pink being the most popular one.
White flowers mean purity, white pink and red flowers mean romantic love. These beautiful flowers are a perfect representation of love, especially on Valentine's day!
It represents a passionate love with a connection that goes beyond life and death. In China, the flowers represent rejected/heartbroken love.
