Gulfloon and Gulfblim resemble Drifloon and Drifblim, however they are a completely different species.

They are Fairy/Poison type with abilities Water Absorb, Clear Body, and Dazzling (hidden).

These Pokémon use their graceful and beautiful appearance to lure in prey. They then use their poisonous tendrils to capture the prey, paralyze them with toxins, and engulf them whole.
