Yeah yeah yeah, part of that title sounds familiar to some, amirite? :b Anyways.... I don't have much to say here, except Pikachu's breezing around on a Jiggly-Balloon. *I coulda made Jigglypuff bigger, but w/e.* Believe it or not... the background was highly rushed. I had to finish it up before I had to leave somewhere, so I just threw some shading where ever, and added a foggy look to lessen the crappiness. Anyways... Hope y'all like. :]
