This is a fanart of "Emma - A Victorian Romance" a very good and romantic manga by Kaoru Mori. We have the 7 first volumes in french, I hope that we'll have the next part too!
I LOVE MORI'S WORKS! She proves that maids aren't only panty-flashing stupid girls with high pitched voices and annoying "Yiaa!" personnalities! *RANT RANT RANT* Maids are capable and very elegant womens!
Ah, her obssession makes me LOVE real maids xD
Anyway I really recommend that manga to romance lovers, and it's very well drawn! My fanarts really doesn't make honor to the original style >3
