Here is my Chibi Mercury doing her attack! (Finally! lol)

She puts both hands up into the air and a ball of water forms, then she shouts out "Sea Star....Spray!" And the ball of water sprays the enemy with icy water and shiny stars...it's just another attack used to paralyze the enemy so Sailor Moon can finish it off
