the boy is called Raito/ Light
and the grim reaper Ryuuku/ Ryuk

Ryuuku is my fave character cos he's passive and is an apple junkie.

Medium: pen & markers
Kinda messed this up... Raito looks like an older Hikaru from 'Hikaru no Go' and Ryuuku looks like a beefed up Joker lol
