Krake is known to be very calm and collected, antisocial, and resentful. Although as a child he was quite kind and happy, but after Krake’s family was killed when he was young, he grew cold and distant towards others. After being orphaned, Krake was adopted by the village-chief and into Hawk and Saber’s family, but never grew particularly attached to any of them. His soft side only manages to show when he is with his boyfriend, Ryo. But when transformed by the moon-blood event, Krake received the ability to steal a person's soul, by summoning the Kraken from his tattoo and trapping them within. Additionally, Krake also possesses the power to briefly release the Kraken, but only in water. The night Krake was mysteriously transformed into an unnatural apex predator, he, along with Hawk and Saber, uncontrollably ravaged their village with their newfound bloodlust, and in the end, Ryo’s soul was stolen is now a part of Krake. Now, Krake’s only goal is to undo his curse from the moon and release the ghost of Ryo that constantly haunts him...
