Tie a white silk ribbon over my eyes,

Take my hand and lead me.

Along bridges and canals, through a field of tulips,

On the water, above the water - up to the clouds.

Take me to where the pines and rocks are,

Where the horizon is always so dazzlingly clear.

Where peace will meet us, where no one will find us,

Where the golden rays caress the bowstring of the rainbows...

Put me carefully in the tall grass,

Weave scarlet poppies into my hair.

Bend over me like a sad angel.

The beating of the heart, the fluttering of wings over the crystal silence.

Blindfold me. Pick me up in your arms.

Take me to this imaginary paradise,

Lay me down carefully among the scarlet flowers.

Stay here... And don't disappear anymore.
