Quirk - mute

Quirk Description: The quirk allows the wielder to not make ANY noise, from footsteps and breathing to the sounds of what they're holding and, unfortunately, their actual speech.
Some form of skin contact must be made in order to mute sound coming from it. The louder and more erratic/complex the noise the more energy it takes to cancel it out.
