As the Grinch took care of the tree,
Shyne awoke needing to pee.
So she got out of bed,
But was stopped before reaching the head.
The Grinch had not bothered with silence
And the blonde heard the noise, ready for violence.
The phony Claus still had the tree and pushed and pulled,
But Shyne would not be fooled.
"Hey green guy, you must think you're so clever,
But that has to be the worst Santa costume ever!"
She thought she had him caught, thought she had him beat,
But that old Grinch was not one to admit defeat.
On his face grew a smile of the most smug glee
As he spotted the lights and pulled them from the tree.
With Grinchy speed, he wrapped the girl from head to toe,
And silenced her with ribbon tied in a bow.
Mocking, the Grinch spoke "I'm very sorry my dear,
But it looks like you have been bad this year.
However instead of merely delivering coal,
I'm taking away your Christmas as a whole."
To finish the mock, he patted her head and left water in a glass
as Shyne could only think to herself "what an ass!"
With that, the Grinch went back to work,
Taking the tree and leaving the girl to struggle, tug, and jerk.

Yeah I know this is a few days late. I started it a couple weeks ago but went out of town on vacation last week so I couldn't finish it in time. And now I got this whole rhyming thing in my head so this part of the description is really harder than it should be. Somebody help me
