All deviants can withdraw their earnings through BitPay. To withdraw your earnings:

• Visit the Earnings page by hovering over your avatar on the navigation bar and selecting Earnings from the menu that appears.
• On the Earnings page, click "Withdraw to BitPay"
• Add your BitPay email.
• Fill out how much you want to withdraw.
  • BitPay has a $6 USD minimum withdrawal amount, and you will also incur a payout fee.
• Allow 24 hours for the transaction to clear.
  • To check the status of your payment, log in to BitPay.

In addition to the payout fee, the conversion to cryptocurrency is subject to an exchange rate determined by BitPay.

Common Issues

Sometimes DeviantArt will display error messages when the user makes an attempt to withdraw to a BitPay account in the following scenarios:

The email provided is not associated with any BitPay account.

BitPay will automatically send an email to the email address provided prompting user to create a new account. Check to see if you have the correct email, and if not, re-enter the correct email and try again.

If you're not registered, sign up for an account at BitPay.

The BitPay account associated with this email is not verified.

You may get this error if your account registration was not completed because of a failed/skipped account verification step. Be sure the email you're using is the one connected to your BitPay account and has been verified.

Receiving address has not been set up for accepting payouts from DeviantArt.

If your wallet hasn't been set up to accept payments from DeviantArt, you'll need to log into your BitPay account and complete Payment Setup in Settings before trying again.
