Bredonborough.

On the afternoon of this day in 1984 my Father, Arthur Henry, flew from this world while being held by my Mother. Fortunately, I had returned to Wimborne the day before (from the first two Guitar Craft courses).

Several weeks later, while staying with my Sister in San Francisco, I had a vivid dream from which I woke. Feeling that this dream was significant, I looked at my watch & noted the date: thirty-three days following my father's death. In the dream I saw my Father with his Parents standing behind him: his Father on his right shoulder & his Mother on his left.

One week later, forty days after his death, I had a second vivid dream of my Father. In this Dad was describing to me how he experienced his dying. I understood this to be my Father letting me know that he had been conscious of his flying away. This was a blessing.

Yesterday, Minster Florists of Wimborne Square delivered a wreath to Parents' grave at Witchampton church on behalf of their two children, named on the card as Pat & Bob.
