Taskmaster announces series 11 champion (original) (raw)
Taskmaster spoilers follow.
Taskmaster series 11 has finally crowned its champion – taking home with them Greg Davies's beautiful golden head statue.
It's been an absurd, knee-slapper of a series as per usual, with five contestants vying for the top spot in Charlotte Ritchie, Lee Mack, Mike Wozniak, Sarah Kendall and Jamali Maddix.
After weeks and weeks of challenges that eroded their dignity, tonight's (May 20) final episode announced that Sarah Kendall was the winner.

The Australian comedienne shone in one particular task this evening, where the contestants had to scientifically find out the weight of co-host Alex Horne's head and feet.
On the flip side, she happened to shrink in the opening prize segment, by offering her 'apocalypse bag' as the toughest item she could think of – inspired by Viggo Mortensen movie The Road.
Greg and Alex weren't exactly bowled over.

Over on Twitter, Taskmaster fanatics shared their reactions to Sarah's victory, and she was certainly a popular choice.
"She deserved this win so much yes! Well done Sarah," wrote one individual, before two more added: "Our Pre-Raphaelite-haired QUEEN! We love to see it!" and "A very worthy winner. One of my favourite series."
Congratulations, Sarah! Now don't forget to polish Greg's bonce.
Taskmaster airs on Channel 4. A new Champion of Champions miniseries will premiere this year.
