How much do your services cost and what are your billing models?

All work is customized around your industry, competition, and growth goals. We scope projects based on the hours and expertise required to drive results, not a cookie-cutter package.

Do you require a long-term contract or offer a short-term pilot project?

Our standard agreement is six months, then month-to-month. Most clients stay for years because the work pays off, not because they are locked in.

How do you work with startups or clients with budgets below your standard project minimum?

We do not have a hard minimum, but we also will not take on work if the budget cannot realistically achieve your goals. We would rather be honest up front than waste your resources.

Do you guarantee #1 rankings or specific results?

No. Search algorithms change daily. What we guarantee is transparency, data-driven strategy, and a relentless focus on measurable growth.

When can we realistically expect to see results for SEO vs. PPC?

Results vary based on where you currently are and what your goals are. With PPC, we generally have an advantage in speed-to-market and can realistically expect results within 3-4 months. With SEO and content, while we may see incremental growth in that timeframe, larger improvements in leads and sales will generally require at least 6-9 months.

What information and assets do you need from us to get started quickly?

We’d love to have any information you already have about your ideal customers, how they have chosen to work with you historically, and competitors. We’d also want to review any existing analytics or Ads accounts.

How do you prioritize quick wins versus long-term strategic goals?

We build a roadmap that blends both, capturing near-term opportunities while setting the foundation for sustainable growth.

What is your process if campaign performance stalls or we aren’t seeing results?

If any of our strategies are not working, we will provide proactive recommendations to shift or adapt. We don’t do activity for the sake of activity – we focus our efforts on making a measurable difference.

Can you audit and fix our GA4 and conversion tracking setup?

Yes. We troubleshoot GA4 and conversion tracking regularly to ensure your data is clean, reliable, and tied directly to business outcomes.

Do you offer training or workshops for in-house marketing teams?

We have offered workshops, and are always open to discussing your needs to see if we can help. If it is not something we can deliver, we will point you to the right resource.

How do you collaborate with a client’s internal teams (e.g., developers, designers, content writers)?

Our process is highly collaborative, and we will utilize the internal resources you have. The more alignment, the better the results.

What platform access (Analytics, CMS, Ads, etc.) do you typically need?

Depending on the scope of work, GA4, GSC, and any Ads accounts. CRM access is also valuable to understand lead quality.

Do you partner with other agencies or offer white-label services?

The nature of our work is highly collaborative with our clients, so we are not the best fit for white-label services. That said, we love to partner with complementary agencies who can help us achieve our goals!
