Star Studios was launched in 2008 with a vision to make quality cinema. We believe that great stories not only entertain but also communicate ideas of change. At the time of launch, the Indian film industry was already a hundred years old and individual production houses carried out all the operations themselves. Star Studios’ focus was to develop Hindi and regional language films with a difference and be great at it.
