Hello there and welcome to eating with Sean!

My name is Sean Adams, I am 38 and live in the world’s most beautiful city, Toronto, Canada. I’m a graphic designer for the online casino bonus & online spielothek website Slotwolf Casino, Dutch casino website NLG , The Thai gambling platform Online Casino Embassy and for a trading company called I love my job, the online casino industry keeps me forever on my toes, so there is never a dull day.

Another passion of mine is food! I love cooking it and I love eating it, and I regularly host dinner parties. To me there is nothing greater than good food and plenty of beer shared with loved ones. My dear friend, Eric Andersson, who is a regular attendee to my shindigs, said my dinner parties were so awesome (his words not mine) that I should start blogging about them, so here we are.

My favorite dish has to be Poutine, it’s a traditional Canadian dish so it’s a little bias on my part, but I challenge anyone to eat a plate of Poutine and not smile with delight. I’m not sure which genius thought to put gravy on fires, with cheese, but whoever he is, he deserves a medal!

I also love a good Pâté Chinois which is another Canadian dish, which is basically the same as the British Sheppard’s Pie, but with a little Canadian flavor. This is my favorite dish to cook, it takes a lot of artistry to get it right, but when you do it’s totally worth it.

One of the features of my dinner parities is beer. Some people are connoisseurs of wine, whiskey and scotch, well I’m a beer connoisseur. My friend David and I went on a beer tour in Quebec and sampled the top 100 beers in Canada, luckily though it wasn’t all on the same night. Beer plays a big part at my dinner parties, I ask guests not to bring wine, bring beer!
